Spring Rolls

Shanghai style spring rolls are something so yummy that I could hardly forget.

When I was a kid, my mother used to make it for us several times a year.  And they are extremely yummy!  The ingredients are simple, only cabbage, pork and dried mushrooms, and of course, spring roll wrappers.

For the pork and seasoning:
Sliced lean pork
White pepper
1/4 teaspoons Salt
1/2 teaspoons oil
Cornstarch
Chinese cooking wine

Other fillings and ingredients:
Cabbage
White pepper
Salt
Oil
Cornstarch
Chinese cooking wine
Sesame oil
Spring roll wrapper
